Does anyone know where i can get the small o-rings / gaskets for the oil pump? There are 6 of them and they are only about 2 mm in diameter. I can't put the motor back together until I get them. Any help would be appreciated. I did find a listing on ebay but I wanted to make sure its the right one and if if anyone knew a better place to get them.

I would think you could get metric o-rings at your local industrial / bearing supply house,or GOOD automotive parts supplier. Or McMaster-Carr.

Harbor frieght sells a metric o-ring assortment kit for 10 bucks. One of the sizes in that kit works perfect. With many o- rings to spare. There's approximately 20 o-rings for each size in the kit. Including the size you need. Just make sure you buy the metric kit and not accidentally the SAE one.

Re: Super tiny Orings for oil pump
Partzilla lists them as still available from Suzuki. Part # 09280-03002 is correct.
http://www.partzilla.com/parts/search/S ... parts.html
If you aren’t sure, you can order via your local Suzuki dealer. The local dealer likely will charge a bit more but you may get the parts faster.
You can check you local dealer's website, they probably have an online parts ordering system.
Presumably you are also replacing the sealing washing on the oil line banjo bolts.
Suzuki doesn’t sell those plastic washers anymore and has substituted aluminum washers.
Stat-O-Seal washers washers work a lot better.
They’re available from McMaster-Carr (size M6):

Re: Super tiny Orings for oil pump
Thanks to everybody. I was able to get orings I need from the local O'Reilly auto parts store. I took them and they fit perfectly. Thanks again for all the suggestions.
