the most dangerous was the front brake did not work properly as the linkage had a nut and bolt through the forward arm with the nut on the inside which was digging into the brake plate and stopping it being aplied properly.

The taper bearings were the wrong size, bottom bearing was 2mm bigger than the stem and upper 1mm bigger than stem so the stem was just rocking in the bearings.

l/hand lock stop damaged

rear brake arm had been fitted so at rest it was sitting in the "4 o clock" position so could not be aplied properly.

530 o ring chain had been fitted without spacing the sprocket so chewed all the seal plate up

oil seal on the seal plate behind chain was damaged during fitting

fork bushes were utterly worn out

fork seal holders were glued on the threads

seal holder on l/h leg was rotted through and been chromed over ....... seal just fell out!!!!!

a previously detonation damaged piston had been fitted and no it did not happen with this engine, it was damaged when fitted.

coils were just dropped into the bracket ...... no nuts

throttle cable junction box was damaged and taped up, causing throttle to stick

fuel taps were knackered

the exhausts were changed to higg speeds as the titans were cracked

several stripped threads many nuts and bolts without washers no split pins where needed

engine bolts were studding and no spacers between engine mounts

crankcases painted with shite paint

crap points and condensors

thats all I can remember
