Can anyone tell me the measurement? between cylinder wall and rings?

Err. That would be zero. Rings press up against the bore and the only gap is thickness of oil film which is way too thin for us to measure.

Do you want to know the clearance between the ring ends or between the piston and the bore? Or are the rings actually loose in the bore?

Sorry I meant clearance between the ring ends.Ring end gap.
