Cliff,
Congratulations! That must have been your first pass thru the Gap checking out the corners because I noticed you weren't leaned over dragging your knee.....

Re: I tamed the Dragon!!
Hmmm.....what's with the "no gloves" and "no jacket" look, Cliff ???
Otherwise from that it looks like you were working the old girl pretty good.
I don't even want to think what the gas would cost and how many fuel stops it'd take to get Indy from Cowtown to the Gap.....and then back again....and how sore my butt would be.....

Re: I tamed the Dragon!!
Rick, stop for fuel every 100 miles, go for a walk, have a smoke, jump on the bike and ride her like you stole her!!
We did 1984 miles in five days!! 1005 miles in the first two to get down there! Rode the Tail, a bit of the Moonshiner 28 and the Cherohala Skyway on the third day. Back on the Interstate on the fourth day, took a different route home and pulled into the driveway before midnight on the fifth day!
I'll be doing it again next year on my Water Buffalo!! Hell, if I didn't have to go back to work, I'd do it again tomorrow!!
