Kevin,

Looking mean and lean for 2010. Now we need to organize a hydraulic lift to hold the bike up at a suitable height. I wonder if Spiderman has a spare one he doesn't need.

That would psych out the competition. What am I saying? Like there is any competition now.

Good luck at the weekend. Hope the weather holds up and call if you need anything. You know the number.

Kick some ass Kevin. I just thought up a good name for your Suzuki (or maybe a sign in the trailer). "The different Drummer" Being surrounded by H2's at the track you certainly fit the bill. As much as I love the H2's I'd love to see you get that heap cookin. 8)

Qualifying:

ET. 10.914 sec
MPH. 119.78

Eliminations start tomorrow.

Tom, your care package made the difference. I tried the 280 MJ's and it dropped me into the 10's. Tom, I owe you big time....

Thanks Richard....

its almost 6 tenths faster than my best time last year. I slipped the tire just a bit on that pass so I think there is still more there to be had but I need to learn how to ride the bike the way IT wants.

I made jetting changes and could still go a little further down on the MJ and reset the shift point to 8000 rpm. That helped get more MPH on the top end.

The bike is definitely getting quicker. It went 120 mph yesterday on one pass. There's more there.

Great weekend up in Martin MI at the AMA Spring Nationals. We had a 16 bike field in Super Eliminator (multi-cylinder 2-stroke bikes): 14 Kawasaki H-2's, 1 Polaris twin, and 1 Suzuki GT750.

Here are two of the best passes made on the GT750

2nd Round Qualifying

60 ft: 1.5460
1/4 ET: 10.9144 sec
MPH: 119.78

2nd Round Eliminations

60 ft: 1.7783
1/4 ET: 11.1823 sec
MPH: 121.07

Made the Semi-Finals losing to Brian Pretzel/Larry Smith - Redline Motorsports. Brian went on to win Super Eliminator.
