she's getting close. i hammered out an ebay front fender today. it's a ybrand fender but very close. m12 bits are hard to come by. sorry rick.

Actually Heidi and her main man are into Suzuki tiddlers only, from what I've seen in Classic Motorcycle Mechanics over the past 10 years or so. This team does stunning work on any project they attack. They've done some VERY exotic Suzis over the years.....especially one/two year only models that are pure unobtanium. I don't recall them ever doing anything larger than a 150, however, so they seem to be happy with small capacity bikes. Good on them, I say.
