Joke--Not bike related

Post by Wayne Meuir »

After a new President has been in office for 6 months, it is customary for the outgoing President to send him a congratulatory note. So when President O got a message yesterday from Dubya, he was a little perplexed that it was written in code, and it was a one line message that read

370H-SSV-0773H

Since Pres O considered Dubya to be a little lacking in the intelligence department, he was troubled that he could not break the code, so he took it first to the Vice P., then the CIA Director, then the head of the FBI, the Secret Service, the head of the Senate and the Speaker of the house, all to no avail, none of them could break the code.

After a sleepless night, a now humbled President O picked up the phone and called Dubya and asked him the meaning of the note.

Dubya just chuckled and little and replied, "Dude, you got it upside down."
