GT price trend 2009.

Post by #Buffalo Bill »

I'm looking at bike prices, (as always). This year we got a recession, so that's a factor, but still 9 out of 10 people have a job. How do you see the trend in bike, and Suzuki GT prices?

here across the pond prices seem to be going up.
one time you could pick up a T500 for £600 or £700 for a rough'sh one.
If I wanted to make a life-long career out of

have opened a Harley Davidson Dealership

What I saw last summer vs this summer.

I voted “Yes, and up is the trend” based on the T500's I followed last summer.
One in Indianapolis ran OK, needed some attention, new paint and came with enough stuff to build a second bike. It lasted about 5 days with a $500 "buy it now" option.
Another one in Kansas City, ran good, just needed a new owner and a clean up. Nobody would pay $500 for that one after listing for 2 weeks.
This summer all the T500's are going for more than $1500.
Just my casual research, nothing deep.

I think that sellers are trying to raise the prices. Overall, I don't think the prices have changed a lot, but they have come up somwhat.

If you stroke it more than twice; you're playing with it.

Too many bikes, too much time, ENOUGH SPACE, FINALLY! Never enough money.........
