I was helping a friend work on his BSA (and drink his beer) and I noticed how comfortable the Amal style grips were. They are fat in the middle and taper off to the ends. They seem to fit my hand better than the straight grips.
I'm going to pick up a pair and try them out on the Titan.

Those sound like the classic Granturismo (tittie) grips. They are too large in the middle to be comfortable for me. Gel grips are today's modern solution to vibration.

I have a pair of these on my Titan, without the regulars I have little to compare them to.

I still like the old foam grips. They are comfortable and do knock a bit of vibe out of the bars.
