Darren Abrams had tested these on some drag motor H2's and a found a slight performance increase. I doubt that you see a difference on a stock or mildly modified motor though.Smokefeen wrote:Has anyone ever tried these UFO's? I'm wondering if there is any kind of noticable performance improvement when you put these on the Mikuni VM carbs.

If you want them, fill the base of your stock slides with JBWeld and shape to match the bottom of the slide. I hear that they help, but I don't know of any dyno data. Perhaps it's Placebo effect?
As to Darren; I can't imagine them doing much good on a drag engine. They are supposed to help with low/mid-range power.

If you stroke it more than twice; you're playing with it.
