I have used lumirod, and it's totally cool! When at temp, it's like solder. I use a stainless dental tool to scrape the part with and it sticks like crazy. The color is a bit different, but not a big deal.

Nice work Lane! I remember seeing this at The Gap in the summer and wondering how far you would get with it before it drove you nuts.......keep us up to date on how it progresses. If you get tired of it one day, I'll take it off your hands.

How come I never find deals like this? T'ain't fair!

maybe what was needed was a few full-course cautions(ala Nazcar ;) ) to tighten up the pack and give Rossi a chance.

Point taken....

You are right about that. I guess I'm being a little hard on Nicky. Rossi lacked professionalism at the start as well.

I'll have a waterbuffalo ready to go for you  We can ride thru Myakka state park & have lunch. I will do my best to round up a couple more 2 strokers for the ride but you know how that goes......most of these guys would rather sit at thier computers all day & BS rather that ride :? I'm sure we can at least get Pete P. & Rick H. to ride with us

You guys are good. I'd be lost without ya, or at least I'd have more dead bikes in the garage

Sometimes I wonder, "why the heck am I playing with 35 year old bikes." Then I realize I enjoy working on them, and when I ride them I realize it's just plain ol fun. 8-)

Getting close

Post by Admin »

Hi Jim,
We should be getting close to the number of shirts you need for an order. I thought I'd get this post back toward the top of the page so people can see it.

Gotta have one of those shirts. As my daughter would say "they're wicked awesome"

Later,
