Please let yours stand, some may want to do that as a stopgap measure until something else better comes along.
Right now, I have 9 dists to do before Monday, waiting for parts and I am also commanded to attend Laguna MotoGP this weekend, but I have a weapon, a new laptop, so I can still post and read from there, and not be bored out of my mind.

I've heard that when you use a ignition module together with points, the current going trough the points will be too low for the points to stay "clean", so you have to put a rsistor between the points and 12V to get a smal current going throgh the points. I'm not shure about it, because it is just something I was told once.

And, I even have a "Buffalo crossing" sign on one of the fence posts!
The points willo last much longer because there is significantly less current being carried with the aftermarket module. This is the way it works with MSD, and other super-performance "boxes" when they are triggered by stock points. No resistor needed.

Here's the rear axle setup as of right now...
I think I need more than just different spacers, hopefully tha swing arm shows up soon and I can see how different it makes things.

And heres how the rear brake set up worked out. I like the linkage assemblies I've seen but I tend to stick to the ol k.i.s.s. method. Still had to fab a bracket and modify the footpeg but I think it should work out ok.

Second shirts, same as the first....
All,
With 1 youth large and 2 xxxls left (all in blue), the first run of STOGI shirts is pretty much gone. If anyone out there needs an xxxl or a youth large, let me know.
Otherwise, I know a few folks were asking if I might get another run printed. I'll have to check with the printers but I believe my minimum is 24 shirts in whatever mix of sizes I want. Pricing would be the same as before:
youth sizes up to xl - $16.80
xxl - $18.05
xxxl - $19.30
Obviously shipping will be extra but I can USPS priority mail single shirts in the flat rate envelopes for $4.05. Payment can be by cash via certified mail, check, money order, or through Paypal.
So, are there 24 people out there that would like 2006 STOGI shirts?
Jim
