Here is what I did today. Removed the carbs,,again. Checked the feed from the centre carb to the left one. Passages were spayed and blown out again. They are clear. Checked, sprayed and blew the centre carb feeder to left and right. They are clear. Confirmed float heights . Rain stops me from starting it until tomorrow,

Did you resolve the center carb overflowing?
When you remove carbs, do all 3 bowls have around the same amount of fuel?
Are the choke plungers operating properly?
Does choke effect the way it runs?

Finally after multiple carb removals, cleanings and re-installings ,and admitedly my own darn fault for not doing a good enough job, I have a nicely running bike. I finally was able to put the gas tank on and actually see what it looks like without a remote tank and long gasline leading to it.
