A project I have been working on for over 1 1/2 years…
Should have only taken about 3-4 months, but after all the bikes I have built I’m getting a bit burnt out on them.
1973 TS400 with a ported TM400 cylinder and TM closer ratio trans. Supermoto wheels on original hubs that have been drilled for brake cooling. All new everything basically inside engine, Vape ignition, along with a new Mikuni 34 and Jemco pipe.
Need a degree wheel to time the ignition flywheel, add some trans oil, and should be ready to be kicked back into the world of misconduct and mayhem.

Sweet. Congrats.
Did you add the "Jemco" pipe metal label? Or did Jemco start doing that?

It was on the pipe when I pulled it out of the box
They are the new owners…maybe for the past 3-4 years…?

WOW, love it! And that Jemco pipe is
wicked . Please post up pics when it's all dressed ready for action
1976 GT380 - wounded by me, and sold on
2006 SV650S - killed by a patch of diesel and a kerb in Feb 2019

Well done! Very cool.
Might we be seeing this at the vintage ride this September???
No really... it's supposed to smoke.

September….glad I saw that.
Hope to see you there as long as the sun is out.
I guess they moved it from the spring events to later this year… Gives me more time to make sure it’s running right for the ride.
Last time it will probably ever be this clean…
