Front end swap questions
Hello all, I am new here and have some questions about front end swaps. I just bought a 75 GT550 (basket case) and I want to put a gsxr 1000 front end on it. Is there an aftermarket bearing and race I can use to dothis swap? Thank you in advance for the help.

Re: Front end swap questions
Awesome thanks. In your opinion would an SV650 front and rear end be a good swap?

Depends how good you are with a welder as the rear end is completely different.
There's little wrong with a GT550 frame/suspension setup if you realise that it was designed in the early 70s.
I have a GT550 with GS550 swing arm, wheels, 3 discs and other mods. What are you trying to actually achieve? It'll still be a 70s 2 stroke triple. Look at - viewtopic.php?f=2&t=11247&hilit=Earwig

Think of how stupid the average person is, then realise that half of them are more stupid than that.

Re: Front end swap questions
I'm just going for a hybrid look and want better brakes. I just picked up a 98 GSXR 750 roller today so I want to use the front end and rear end from it.
