GT750 stainless steel head bolts
I'm installing the stainless steel head bolts and washers kit and see the original flat washers had rubber molded into them. Is it going to be a problem that the new washers don't, and if so is there a good fix?
No really... it's supposed to smoke.

Re: GT750 stainless steel head bolts
You can simply put sealer bond over the washers inside and out when they are on the bolts at the heads and then torque the bolts down. Then once you are done wipe away the excess with thinners. This creates a seal to prevent water bypassing and liberal use of antiseize down inside by the shoulder and threads also helps for future removals.
Two strokes, its just that simple.
