T250 T350 fuel Tap

Does anybody know how to turn a vacuum tap to manual.l have done it with three of my taps,on,off,reserve all working. If it's been a topic before l wont waste everybody's time.thanks people

How did you modify the internals,I used set screws and epoxy to plug the in and out of diaphragm.

Yellow is flow path of "prime"-down tube to right bowl pipe.
Red is flow path of "on"-down tube ,into vacuum, out of vacuum to left bowl pipe.
Blue is "res"-down res.tube,up into vacuum ,out of vacuum to left bowl pipe.

I bought a dual output manual TAP advertised for a Kawasaki for about 20 quid (maybe less) in spite of reservations it works fine. Screw on spigot type as above..

Thanks.l brought two of these years ago but I'm after the original look for a restoration and it's fun having a problem and successfully solving it.

When I purchased my T500, it had a gravity fed petcock and I noticed the vacuum line on the carb. I thought it was odd but found out that the petcock worked great. Here is a link of one that I found on fleabay https://www.ebay.com/itm/Fuel-Valve-Pet ... 1438.l2649
