It seems police forces are tightening margins across the board. A couple of people I know have been given penalties for doing 55 in a 50 limit, which is well within the margin that ACPO recommends; one was done for 74 in a 70. (they were all offered awareness courses, but even so).

certainly wont hit the wealthy.
they always have get out clause some where.
I dont mind that one bit doing 50 in a 30mp is done deliberate.
30/34 isn't its so easy to go over without realising but those deliberate ones no excuse
