Spare parts can add value. I've learned to keep most of the spares to resale to recoup some $. Alittle bit of work but helps out. As long as you are happy with the deal, that's all that matters.

Why yes it is/was a Strader 3 into 1. At the time Strader claimed that their pipes made more power than stock. That doesn't reflect what I found, but they sound great and feel as strong or stronger than a stock exhaust on the street.

That's easy. Fit air jets (anti surge just to be sure) and leave the pilot jets stock. I have heard that changing to chambers or a 3 into one reduces teh surge effect, but if the carbs are on the bench, it's easy to fit the air jets.
Go up a couple of sizes on the mains. I ended up with 112.5 on the Dunstall with a Jemco and stock airbox and filter. Needle is stock OEM 4DN18 in the 4th groove to richen up the mid range a touch.

Much appreciated tz! I ordered the anti surge air jets (with tap) from Baz. On those main jets, are they called large round? Are they possibly the same MJs used on the Kaw H2/ H1?? I want to make sure and source genuine Mikuni ones but do have a Kaw H2 jet kit assortment. The 110s are still available through Suzuki but the 112.5 are NLA. I've been into my BS carbs once and will admit I am not experienced with these CV type carbs like I am with VM style ones.
