Hello
I am restoring a T250 R and I am at the stage of rebuilding the carbs and I am wanting to know which one of the 4 grooves does the circlip fit. When I dismantled the bike one carb had the clip on the 2nd and the other the 3rd. I have looked in the manual but cannot find this information.
Any advice would be appriecated.
Thanks Paul

Re: T250 Needle Jets
Service bulletin Specification-6 has the carb specs: http://www.ozebook.com/compendium/techb ... %206-9.pdf
For the 1971 T250R, the jet needle is 5CN3-3.
So the jet needle is 5CN3. If the needles are stock or Mikuni replacements, the Mikuni symbol & the number will be stamped near the clip positions.
The clip position is listed after the dash. So its 3, which is the middle position.
