They aren’t a matching set.
For the one on the left, the location of the drain screw shows that its for the right side.
For the right one, that looks like a side reflector mounting surface at the bottom. So its likely newer than most of us were thinking.
So far I’m guessing Honda or something unexpected like Harley.
Post a pic of the other side.

I thought those look somewhat familiar, especially the boss for the drum brake. I believe they're from a 1976 Honda MR 250 Elsinore (had one back in the mid 80s). Here's a set on Ebay, they look the same except the one fork's lower leg is missing a fender mount. https://www.ebay.com/itm/HONDA-CR-250-M ... zY&vxp=mtr" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

The SL350K2A has a drum brake with a stay that bolts up to the boss.
The XL250A has a drum brake that uses the raised section that I thought was for a side reflector.
Thanks for the kind words. I believe this is a result of my youth: a pre-driver licensed teen scouring the local motorcycle salvage yard trying to keep his dirt motorcycle operational while on a income of a paper route, cutting grass and shoveling snow.
