Re: Rebuilding GT380 Cylinder confusion
I don't blame the air boot and single K&N for my running problems, a bad base gasket, at least one bad connecting rod and questionable cylinders, cranks seals are my issues. Basically looking to do the full rebuild I was looking to avoid now.

Re: Rebuilding GT380 Cylinder confusion
Thank you Vintageman, I'll get a set of those thinner head gaskets for my GT380B. I can still obtain them. Fun to try out!
Cheers,
Mike

Re: Rebuilding GT380 Cylinder confusion
I ended up getting the thinner t250 head gaskets listed for a t350,t250,gt250 which don't fit. The cylinder hole and bolt pattern are too large. Bum part or seller not knowing what he had on eBay?

Yes, I'm afraid to report, Vintageman, that I too now have a set of those thinner head gaskets and as just posted, they definitely don't fit the GT380!
Cheers,
Mike
