T500 - Best sprocket ratio for the street??

Post by smokin_blue »

Hello,
I am finally getting to working on my T500 build. I have an engine that has a street port from Eric and it will run expansion chambers.

My question is what sprocket ratio do you recommend for the street? I want it capable to run up on highway speed but also be fun around town. Do you suggest staying with stock or is there a recommended change from those of you with the vast experience that I don't have with this model?

thanks for any advice!

Stick to standard. Suzuki knew what they were doing at the time.
Think of how stupid the average person is, then realise that half of them are more stupid than that.
