Any suggestions for best fit for aftermarket? Titan makes them and Paul Miller has them too.

Ross,

If you are keeping the stock airbox, and therefore supporting the carbs at both ends, then after market boots are ok......however, if like me, you are using pod filters, then only the stock part is strong enough. They are costly, but readily available.

Greetings keepers and hopefully riders of old bikes. I have a 73 T500 since 1975. It's not a show piece by any stretch but always ready to go. In 41 years I have ridden it about 35,000 miles. I have replaced tires, cables, one set of chain and sprockets and a pile of points and condensers. also miscellaneous bits like clutch actuater under the left case and one carb to cylinder boot. That was maybe 10 plus years ago. Knowing my Suzuki dealer was far away and out of stock I went to local auto parts store and bought a foot of reinforced radiator hose of appropriate diameter. The boot is about 2-1/2" long so I have enough material for at least 3 more boots. I know it isn't right but it does work. I have been running pod filters for 20 years or so after I got tired of fighting with air box to carb boot.

Motocarb, in the UK, have a direct replacement for the T/GT 500 carb to head boot. A good outfit, I have bought various carb parts from them.
