Re: Suzuki T500 Alpina
What I love about this bike is that, it has been done with such GOOD TASTE! There are so many 'over the top' caffs being put together, - it's as if each one is trying to out-do the last one, getting more extreme. The results can be ridiculous.
But this one's a tasty beauty, built by an expert.

THANK YOU for taking the time and trouble to post your build pics. Super, super job on that build. If my X6 turns out a fraction that nice I'll be pleased. Thanks again!
I'll echo Jools: ...But this one's a tasty beauty, built by an expert.

She's a beauty, the pipes are gorgeous and having the frame done in metallic grey is a lovely subtle touch that really sets off the paint.

Re: Suzuki T500 Alpina
The funny thing is...I never seem to take pictures of the "near" side. The pipes are the best bit....so the pics are always taken from that side. I do have just one picture that was inadvertently taken from the near side. This picture was taken at Niarbyl on the west coast of the Isle of Man during TT fortnight. (when else?) This picturesque bay is a well known beauty spot, and has featured in films more than once. Have you ever seen the film, Keeping Mum? Shot in the Isle of Man, and starring Maggie Smith, Rowan Atkinson and the late Patrick Swayze.
Patrick's character, (a golf pro) nobs Rowan's wife in a fisherman's hut in this bay. The hut's roof can be seen behind my mate Jack..the big fella with arms folded at the back.
Enough random info......

Sweet
I used to love the look of the naked left side of my old 380 when it had a Piper 3-1 fitted, especially the way the pipe swept under the engine.
