
I ordered a bundle of 50 cardboard parts bin/boxes from Amazon so that my Teutonic Need for Order can be satisfied while tearing down and rebuilding the Suzuki.
They came right on schedule, however...
Of the first 25 boxes I pulled out of the bundle to assemble, 7 were mis-cut and unusable. Some just a little so they wouldn't lock in place, some with entire sections missing.
I emailed Amazon Customer Service about 6:30 this evening. About 7:45 I got an email back saying they'd refund the entire purchase price and I could keep or toss the remaining boxes, whatever worked for me.
I was really just looking for say a 50% refund.
To date, this has been absolutely typical of Amazon. In the 10 years or so I've been dealing with them, I've had perhaps 3 faulty products and absolutely ZERO problems getting satisfaction. They have a surprising amount of motorcycle stuff too.
