Is it the oil pump thrust washer?
Part # 13 on:

I will order some of the suggested parts the next time I do a Bike Bandit order as I am curious. No known effects from the missing part so far.

For future reference, I've measured the oil pump drive washer and make it 21.72mm outside diameter, 14.5mm inside diameter and 1mm thick.

I only tried the two previously mentioned parts. I can put this on the list for my next order but I really don't need any parts at this time. I will respond back to this thread eventually after my next parts order. //Pat
