What's Wrong Here?

Post by Coyote »

I realize I can swing it some on the threads, but the port itself is off center. A bunch. I don't think this normal. There is no way to mount the motor wrong. What gives?

I guess maybe it is normal. This was taken the day I brought it home. Looks grainy because I blew it up to see.

It's normal. I suppose they slid the motor over a tad to compensate the length of the engine cover. Image

Same thing with the 750's .. Suzuki centered the lower engine and that sets the cylinders off to the right .
