Hey y'all it's been a bit. The project has been going slowly but surly. Next step for me is the carbs. I refuse to do the cosmetic stuff until I have this thing running like a top. Since I changed over to pods and expansion chambers from titan performance I noticed that the bike has been running hot, which means it's running lean. To richen it up I'm going to switch over to a 120 main jet which the nice gents at Titan Performance recommend. I figured I'd document this adventure here to get help any future beer guzzling home mechanic like myselfs progress.
So I took off the bottom bowl of the carb. As Andrew Dice clay once said "What's in the Bowl Bit@h!"

and saw that I had the round style main jet. It has 97.5 stamped on it

Then I went over to

And found out that I had the large round type of main jet
I just sent them an email to order a couple in 120.
While I'm on the topic of carburetion (damn you english language..)
The throttle response is very sluggish on this bike. Anyone have any advice for me on this note?
Where can I get throttle and braided brake cables made for this bike? is there a spring in the carbs that
might need replacing so that the throttle returns to closed faster? THANKS!!
