1972 Gt550 crank bearing question
Ok here's my trouble. I'm in the process of having the crank rebuilt. Most everything is available through suzuki, except one bearing. There are three of them and the part number is 09269-25010. It's number 18 in the fische picture. Any ideas where to find these would be a great help or maybe someone has three just laying around you would like to sell? The other parts unavailable are the spacers which I think I can re-use and what looks like oil slingers?? Numbers 11 and 12 . Seems to be a lot of parts on this crank!! Thanks for the help..

If you cannot find the bearing you need maybe purchase a used crank and you have extra parts http://www.ebay.com/itm/72-SUZUKI-GT550 ... da&vxp=mtr" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Look at pic #4. Would anyone really want that? Mother Nature strikes again!

Do away with the middle part and make it a 315 twin..........
A bit of judicious hammering will make it fit I'm sure.

Think of how stupid the average person is, then realise that half of them are more stupid than that.

Did you ever find the bearings? Have you tried Paul Miller?

I am valves brother, he spoke to Paul Miller and they both decided his bearings will most likely be fine and will be reusing. the available parts and seals will be replaced.
