Your cylinder has the additional auxiliary ports of the 70/71/72 models.
Carb specs for the 1970 T350 are in service bulletin Specification-11

The carb specs for the 69 & 70 models are different because of the additional cylinder ports.
Before using the carb kits parts, you should make sure the parts are correct for your model year.
Am not a carb expert, but others on the forum know a lot more.
