Well... for a few days the T250 has been like a dream, until today when driving couple of miles, it went complete dead.
There is fuel on the tank, new sparks, new rectifier, new batteri and everything seemed fine.
I suspect the generator to be broken, but have no idea really.
Any idea about this? Can it have something to do with me connecting the r/g cable to the g/w cable?

You had a problem in the wiring harness &/or switch.
Connecting the r/g cable to the g/w cable bypassed that problem.
Most likely the wiring harness &/or switch problem has gotten worse to the point your bike doesn't run.
Did you check the voltage with a new H4 headlight installed?
Did the fuse blow?

Hello
Yes I checked, and no fuses blown and the light seemed OK.
I just checked the voltage on the battery, and it was about 13 Volt.
Will check voltage from the alternator later today.
And I will de-attach the wiring I put up to see if that makes any change.

Re: Strange thing happen: Engine stops when lights are turne
I try to start with the kick, and at the same time measure voltage from alternator...
Even though the engine do not start, I can see the voltmeter goes up 6-7 volts for a short time... as long as the kick is stepped on.
The same with the power out from rectifier - some 5-6 volts
I have disconnected lights, and other stuff to check if there are som reaction.
I can find only one fuse, and thats in connection with the rectifier. The fuse is ok. The battery stays at about 12-13 volts.
But still... no 'spark' or signs of engine to start. Its just complete dead.
