I might buy the bike if it were in Oklahoma. It is impossible to get a title here with an out of state bill of sale. No ifs, ands or buts. Been down that road with a GT750 I bought in Kansas. I had to go through a title service in Maine to get a Maine registration where titles are not required on older bikes. Long wait time, about $200 and a argument with the DMV.
I was born with nothing and still have most of it left.
