crate of guinness and tray of bread pudding in the post to TZ357 for the key advice about tightening and THEN hitting, then tightening again on the head of that bolt.
It did the trick.

On a really stubborn one I also used a torch to heat the rotor (inner part). I was replacing the whole rotor so didn't care about heat damage. But the expansion under heat also helps.
