Your NGK plug caps might be discontinued.
Looked at some new spares that I have. Boxes had "Made in Japan" but the caps don't have any indication of where they were made.

If you can see a good spark at the plug then I'd wait to see how it runs.
But would set gap & timing to correct values because that can affect how it runs.

What is JEMCO doing for you?

Yeah, sounds like a good plan at this point, I will definitely get the timing & gaps set correctly before I try to fire it up (I learned how important that was on a Kawasaki triple that I restored last  ).
JEMCO makes a really nice set of expansion chambers for the T500, but he said he hadn't done any yet for the T350. The pipes that came on my bike would have taken way more work and money than I wanted; they were dented pretty bad, had lots of rust, and no baffles. After trying for quite a while to get a good set of originals, I gave up and started looking for expansion chambers, and these sounded like the best deal overall. He said if I could send him my pipes and some photos of the bike, he could make up the tooling to build a set for the T350, so I guess I'm the "guinea pig" for this 1st set of pipes. Hopefully they will look very similar to the ones below:
