Re: Barber's 2012
I wish, I don't think anything fun like that ever happens this far North. Maybe it's because
our riding season is so short. I haven't even heard of any swap meets happening in this area...

Slow and steady may win the race, but without loud and fast it's just a waste

Re: Barber's 2012
Riding my trusty GT500 up on Thur. for tent camping in lot D. Volunteering Fri/Sat morning and gonna help at VJMC as needed. Hope to bump into some of ya'll there. Some folks from the Kwa2stroke forum might be getting together.
Appreciate if anything happens evening times, if someone would give me a heads up? I think I can check the forum on my phone. Leave a phone number and I will call? Thanks Dofin (805 393 9326)

That black GT550 cafe belongs to Eric, who goes with our group to Deals Gap every year.
Two strokes, its just that simple.

Re: Barber's 2012
It is indeed "Pepe le Piu"
I have seen pictures of the blue one and that red one somewhere before. I think SuzukiDave saw them both at Daytona one year.
That reminds me, anyone know how the carbs are fitted on that red bike with the funky TResque exhaust? They appear to be a set of VM34mm mikunis and are just uplifted enough to clear things. On mine they rub on the clutch cover and I still haven't worked out what to use to tilt them just enough. I don't want TR style steep downdrafts - just enough to clear th cases.
