Re: Anyone else here mess with Copters
Got my son (14 years) a Syma S800G 4 channel micro for Christmas. Mama seemed to misplace the remote from his previous helicopter.
I've played with it some, but the boy has a blast with it. Took him a little while to get used to the different control layout, but he enjoys having the fourth channel, which let the heli slide sideways.

Re: Anyone else here mess with Copters
Wife got me one for my birthday the 12th, haven't used it yet. Looking forward to it as I need a good day outside and haven't had one yet.

Re: Anyone else here mess with Copters
A guy a work with got one of the little ones for christmas. We all take turns landing it on odd things like the top of cubicle walls.
They are amazingly controllable.

Re: Anyone else here mess with Copters
I bought myself a copter last Christmas. It didn't last the day sadly - a couple too many big bangs into heavy, solid things.

Re: Anyone else here mess with Copters
I tried several times to fly the 033G inside but it is just too big where the 107'S are just right and very controllable , i have chopped up a couple of house plants with it though
