Radiator Overflow broken - help!
I was a bit over-zealous trying to unblock the little right angle overflow on the neck of the rad that goes to the reservoir and I broke it off. Looking for suggestions for a fix. Any ideas?

Did the same on mine. A friend tried to tig weld it but it was too difficult. So we filled the hole with weld and the i drilled an tapped a new hole where i fitted a "new" pipe made from a brass fuel inlet from an old carburetor. Been working fine for 2 years now, don´t have any pictures though.

I'd drill and tap the hole to 1/8" NPT and use whatever elbows and fittings I'd need to adapt it to fit!

Re: Radiator Overflow broken - help!
I have a complete usable radiator in good condition. $15.00 + shipping. Pics available if interested.
I was born with nothing and still have most of it left.

Re: Radiator Overflow broken - problem solved
Coyote came to the rescue with a replacement rad, but just for grins I had some JB Putty lying around so I gave it a go. It appears to have worked OK. I'll probably keep this one as a spare, as I want to keep the JDM resto bike as original as possible.
