In your drawing:
Exhaust - OK
Transfer - OK
Intake - NO. Do not lower the intake floor. Adding a spacer raises the intake and improves low end torque and power up to 5,000 rpm. Drop the floor hurts power below 5000 a lot, and helps above 6000 RPM a little.

The drawing is generic MAB later model ports.

Every barrel is slightly different. JKL (72/73/74) were very different to MAB (75,76,77).

Yes. With Reed valves you can lower the floor and make the intake wider.

Hi! please this ignition, whether it has CDI, the width of a rotor where it approaches to a magnet matters?

Yes that is a CDI ignition, but I do not know what it is from. Maybe a Yamaha XS850.

Typically the width does matter. The front edge of the rotor is used for starting and the rear end defines full advance. Ignitech.cz do a nice ignition of this bike. Fully programmable. Their instructions are hard to understand. It has a 3+1 lobes rotor which they can supply for 4 Euros.

Yes! yamaha xs850 is very similar, and could barton motors use this ignition on the engines? That is, than be wider an ignition rotor especially the powerful the spark should? It is really important parameter or for such teapots))) as I it isn't so important,if this parameter is so important, how you think, what should be width of a rotor??
Thanks!I too understood nothing from their instruction))

Barton Motors used a Krober self generating ignition system on their race bikes.

I don't think that the width of the reluctor (rotor) changes the power of the spark. I am not an expert in electronics.

I understood much of the Ignitech instructions, but they are not complete or not clear.

I used DYNA ignition on two of my bikes. http://pinkpossum.com/GT750/Dyna%20S.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and the ignitech will be on a another bike I am building

Thanks! RESPECT!!! DYNA S? I on kawasaki too delivered it to myself together with MSD MC3. After reading wanted to ask you as far as I remember the producer argues, what the ignition dwell angle is put in DYNA S.Как it is reflected in operation of the engine?

I have never measured the dwell duration of a DYNA S but the spark is strong. Theoretically long dwell or short dwell can change how strong the spark is. My "almost stock" bike makes over 75HP with the right pipes and stock BS40 carbs. Dyna dwell is not an issue!

You didn't put CDI on the motorcycle, and DYNA S has an ignition dwell angle for each model. How I understand DYNA S never did trigger for GT750, and the angle of advance for Harley not so is suitable for GT750? But everything perfectly works for you, can to me too CDI isn't necessary, there is enough pulse plate from XS850?

Correct. DYNA tech did not offer a system for the GT750

I believe that all DYNA S modules have the same dwell but i have not asked DYNA to confirm that.

XS850 is a different system and needs a CDI to trigger the coils. You could use two Ignitech 2 channel boxes or use a 4 channel Ignitech TCIP4 and use ignitech rotor and single pickup.

You could also use one double ended coil plus a single coil and trigger that with an Ignitech TCIP4.

Many ways to do it. And there are other electronic ignition options available to purchase including Accent (Germany), Newtronics (UK).
