valvoline 2 stroke racing oil
Anyone use this type of oil? it is incredibly cheap ($10 for 1 litre) and is for use in injector oil bikes. bought 2 litres of it today but am worried that cheap=shite?

Re: valvoline 2 stroke racing oil
Mike, I did a quick check on Valvoline's website but wasn't able to find a 2-cycle racing oil. Where did you find yours?

I used Valvoline's Marine oil for some time and was disappointed with it. Lots of residue out the pipes but also in the engine. See link to thread:

A synthetic Valvoline Racing oil might be better.?

Hey mate - That's what I use in my T500. Seems to work fine, not too smoky...

madbuffalo- I think it must be only available in Australia or something. here is the product:

we seem to get a very different selection and quality of oil than Americans, I don't know why. we also usually pay more for the pleasure but this stuff seems to be priced very well.
greenmachine- thanks for that, based on your experience, I will give it a go.

Thanks for that link. I hadn't noticed your location so that makes sense. Too bad it's not available here, that's a great price.
