Don't get into a road rage scenario with a car, as there will only be one winner when people decide to use their vehicles as weapons.
I couldn't really grasp why the biker kicked the car? On the face of it, he asked for trouble, and he got some!

My take on it when I watched it was that the biker was trying to filter through stopped traffic (aka Lane splitting in the US) and the SUV decided to squeeze him out to stop him getting through. It escalated from there.
