Dave Swarbrick in the UK sells a set of exhausts for a TR250/T250/X6. He'll sell them to you as chambers to which you weld in teh stingers plus brackets or supply a set of cones to weld up. Cal Dave and talk to him, or contact Pete Odell at http://www.tr500.co.uk/contact_suzuki_r ... rvices.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; Pete's a T500/TR500 expert that has been building race winning Suzukis for years. he may have something or may be able to point you in the right direction.

Presumably you want something for a street bike/cafe racer rather than a race bike as such. The pipes I mentioned may be a little more top end than you want, so you could always design and build a custom set better suited to a mild state of tune and lower rev limit.

Jemco might have something. Their website lists only a sampling of their available expansion chambers, and asks you inquire for bikes not listed.
