Say hello to my little friends

Post by Madbuffalo »

Christine gave birth to twin boys yesterday at 8:15am! Connor Alan is 5lb-11oz and Evan John is 4lb-13oz. It's been very exciting here in the hospital and Christine and I are reluctantly learning what no sleep is like. I guess we'll have to get used to that. We should get to go home with our new babies Wednesday.

Congratulations to you both (Madbuffalo and Digger)!!!

Mad - one thing you will hear is "sleep when the babies sleep". Take heed on this. Don't try to get stuff done while they sleep - catch up on your rest. Because they will be awake a bunch and at really odd times compared to your routine.....

Congrats again!

Thanks Dave. Actually we're still all at the hospital. The doctors wanted to be safe partly because Christine had a C-section but mostly because the babies were premature and very small. They keep saying maybe today so let's hope today they mean it. As for me I don't think my back can handle another night on this visitor chair.

Congrats.

I'm not sure I can remember when my kids were that age, but I can almost remember when my grandkids were. :?

Enjoy your time with them - it sometimes seems to take forever to grow up but in reality time passes so fast.
