Was that year using a vacuum operated petcock ? Pentagon shaped diaphragm ? If so, it might be the same as used on the Kawasaki '69 - '72 H1 - the four hole gasket is 92065-055.

So i went to http://www.suzukipartshouse.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; to try and find that little gasket and, well, you cant get it separate from the petcock  And a price on a new 1 from suzuki is $314.00

you could buy a tank with a petcock on it on ebay for under $100 but postage might cost,or else buy the tank and get the owner to send the petcock only and have him keep the rest.
