Maybe this works. It's been a while since I put pictures anywhere.

Ok the Top end is Locked up tight. As you can see in the 3rd Picture there is Goop around the Head and top of Cylinder. It looks as though Some Goober smeared Globs of Goop where it Shouldn't have been.I'm hoping that the rings are just stuck to the Bores. If not the Contents of the Radiator has turned this one into a Pile of Boat Anchor over the Years. I do have a Late J or Early K model Engine to Use for parts.I also have a set of early 1st or 2nd Oversize Seizco's that I can Install.

OK Who has a Cylinder Puller again?

Does look a bit tired, but other than the pipes it looks as if its all there - if it were me, I'd be pleased 8)

Yeap thats the Pipes that it had when Dad Owned it.All three are Smashed to some Degree. The Sissy bar is Missing and it still has the Seat Cover that he had his Upholstery Friend Fix for him.I guess that was around 1985-86.
Oh don't get me wrong I'm Pleased.Dad hasn't seen these Pictures or the Bike as of yet.I don't know what His reaction is going to be.Hey it still has the Keys and the Guy that had it suppose to have the Title. If he doesn't and it hasn't been switched over to someone else then I guess He'll just have to file for a lost title.

Well I put Her in High Gear tonight and easily rocked back and fourth easily adding a Little Pressure and the Pistons freed Up. I'm able to Kick it Over. I'm still going to pull the cylinders for Inspection. If nothing else just for a Hone and Re ring if everything looks OK.For starters I'm gonna have to have a Waterpump gear I heard it Break. :x

These are still available new from Suzuki outside the US - I bought one (part 17522-31031) here in Calgary from a dealer last year, and I see that in the UK they are still offered. My last one cost $47 CDN.

I just made a couple of calls, and confirmed that part is still available for order here in the frozen north - less than $50 CDN buys you one this morning, plus whatever it will cost to have it mailed - so allow about $20. For anyone that is interested - drop a line to Tyler at Sturgess Cycle in Ontario Canada. His email is tyler@sturgesscycle.com or call him at +1 905 522 0503. You can also contact Jason at GW Cycle in Alberta, Canada. His contact info is sales@gwcycleworld.com or call +1 403 569 9555. GW Cycle take Paypal and VISA, and also offered a slightly better price at $46.54 CDN versus $49.67 CDN from Sturgess, but I'm sure its all negotiable. GW's first offer to me was $54.32 but they were quick to come down - all the Canadian dealers pull from the same Suzuki Canada warehouses so for the larger dealers their cost price should all be about the same - its just a question of what markup they each can live with.

If you live in the UK, then its £30.77 from Discount Bike Spares. I suspect Crooks also has them, but didn't check.

Enjoy ! 8)
