Heading out to meet FrankT tomorrow

Post by Zook-e »

Going to meet Frank Tarpley in Knoxville tomorrow to make the trade of my 68 Cobra for his 95 BMW K75S. Going to be my first BMW motorcycle. Really looking forward to it and meeting Frank again.

I am home and my K75S has the fairing, bags and trunk. Just took it out for a freeze run and then into the garage. Quite different than anything I have ever riden. I like it. Don't think the weather is on the good side tomorrow and the shop looks like it got bombed so all will have to wait a few days for pics. Frank should be home shortly as well and should have missed the rain. We are getting sleet here in VA in the morning.
