I started with the disassembly of the bike.
Here you can see how it started
and what it is now
can anyone tell me how the flange is attached to the cylinder?
thanks in advance

Looking good so far.

Think of how stupid the average person is, then realise that half of them are more stupid than that.

Re: Restoration T350
The heads are for a '69 or '70.
Check the cylinder porting to see if you have '69 or '70 porting. The '70 has more ports.
Stock carb jetting is different for the '69 & '70 models.
See the service bulletins to determine stock jetting: http://www.ozebook.com/compendium/techbuls/index.htm
Have fun with your project.

If it's not broken - don't fix it. Why not?

Re: Restoration T350
Don't need to measure the ports to figure out which cylinder you have.
The later cylinder (70/71/72) has two auxiliary ports next to the exhaust port.
The early cylinder (69) does not have the auxiliary ports.

Here is a picture of the cilinder.
I think they are the later ones with two ports extra.
Jbcb you gave me a link for jetting.... but there are a lot of pages.
Can you help me out?( for these cylinders.)
