Post by Rustygt550 »

Hi, The inside of my T500 Tank has the odd patch of light Suface rust apart from this its 75% bright steel inside

What would be the best way to remove this rust?

The best stuff ever is Evaporust!! It is noncorrosive and be used over and over again, save the liquid after use. You can get it from Harbour Freight, a little pricey at 19 bucks a gallon but you can use it over and over to clean rust off of everything. It is amazing. I saved a bunch of cylinders that got caught in a leak in my storage building. I should have taken some pictures of before and after. I have afew more things to fix, I will do some pics to post. I agree Evaporust works great and is non toxic if you get it onyour skin. Easy water clean up.
The question you have to ask yourself is, Do I feel lucky? Well....do ya punk?
