T350R Front mudguard

Post by saab9002 »

Evening all,
I’m in the process of refurbishing the front end of my T350R, chroming and re-doing the forks, (A.M.Philpot of course). I have stripped the front mudguard from it’s support by grinding off all the chrome rivets and wondered if anyone knew of any replacements otherwise I reckon I’ll end up using stainless M5 dome head bolts with nylocks, but it would be nice to use chrome like the originals. I had to strip it due to surface rust.
Regards Chris

Well, new stainless button heads with stainless dome nuts on the outside are cheap as chips in Toolstation (about page 571ish IIRC)
Think of how stupid the average person is, then realise that half of them are more stupid than that.
