Hello everyone!

I recently made my own oil lines for my T500 using available check valves and pneumatic quick connect fittings

I used 4mm nylon piping with some y couplers and made some adapters to go on the valves and the banjo connectors on the pump with M5 inside thread to connect to the pipe connectors and a 3.5mm hole to solder on the valves. These adapters were soldered onto the valves and the banjo connectors with future servicing in mind.

Suzuki part numbers are
Valves--16710-94502
Banjo connector--09363-02002
Both are available from multiple sources.

Interesting.

Let us know how well they work after a few hundred miles.

Update on the oil lines, I just did a 2 day 300km round trip and bike is working fine. I now have ~500km on the new lines and they are working perfectly. :D
